MHR Mountain's Top Watermark'n Woody
Woody at a very young age shows great promise in his training and performance
at hunt tests. Five days after his 2nd birthday, he earned his North
American Hunting Retriever Assoc. Master Hunter title and is half way to his AKC
Master Title with 4 passes. He made it to the
3rd series in his first Field Trial Qualified All-Age stake and will be running
more field trials after he completes his hunt test titles. At 68 lbs., he
is extremely athletic with great water entries and brush driving marking. Though Beggar
and Nick left big shoes to fill it appears Woody will continue filling our great
expectations.
Woody is now available for stud services for qualified bitches.

GMHR HRCH Mountain's Top Wooden Nickel MH
SAD NEWS.
Nick passed away on August 9, 2006 at the age of 7. We
collected a number of semen samples which together with semen collected from
GMHR Mountain's Top Beggar MH, will provide us with quality pups for several
years to come.
Nick was out of FC/AFC Sourdough's Slick Nick and a Candlewood's Cash On The Line bitch.
He was 80 pounds and achieved the triple crown of hunt tests. He earned his AKC Master
Title, his UKC Hunting Retriever Champion title and his NAHRA Grand Master
Hunting Retriever title.

GMHR Mountain's Top Beggar MH
Beggar was out of NAFC/FC Gusto's Last Control and a FC/AFC Westwind's Bold Tiger bitch. He was the 1993 Iowa State Derby Champion and earned both of his Master Hunting Retriever title and Master Hunter title as a two year old. The next year he was a qualifier at the NAHRA International Invitational and earned his Grand Master Hunting Retriever title. Beggar weighed 75 pounds and was very muscular. Frozen semen available.

Star is out of NFC/AFC Storm's Riptide Star and a FC/AFC River Oaks Way-Da-Go- Rocky bitch. She earned her Master Hunting Retriever title as a two year old and qualified for the 2001 Richard A. Wolters Invitational. She has first pass on her HRCH title. She is very aggressive in water and a tireless pheasant hunter. She weighs 70 pounds.

MEET "THE
GIRLS"
We had fantastic results when we bred our NFC/AFC Storm's Riptide
Star titled bitch (Star) to FC/AFC Tiger McBunn. We liked it so well, we kept
three girls to add to our kennel. We expected black and chocolate pups,
but when we actually got all chocolate and one yellow, we had to keep the
yellow female, even though it broke our long-standing tradition of all
chocolate.
Tiger is out of 2xNAFC/FC/2xCNAFC Ebonstar Lean Mac and NAFC/FC
Hattie McBunn. Five of his litter mates also have field champion titles.
These girls have six national titles in two
generations. They have certainly have lived up to their pedigree as they each earned their Master Hunting Retriever title as two year olds.

Female - Call Name: "Stormy"
Stormy is also out of NFC/AFC Storm's Riptide Star and MHR Mountain's Top Rock Star (see above). She also earned her Master Hunting Retriever title as a two year old. Stormy weighs 57 pounds, is an excellent hunter and is tenacious.

MHR Mountain's Top River Devil
Muddy is out of FC Running with the Devil and Big Two Hearted River II MH QA who won the 2007 Super Retriever Series Champion under her owner Lyle Steinman. Mountain's Top River Devil "Muddy" passed all three master level tests at the Midwest Retriever Club's hunt test in August qualifying her for the master hunter retriever title. Muddy is smart, animated and a tenacious pheasant hunter.

She
earned her Master Hunting Retriever title as a two year old. Smokey weighs
58 pounds, is very muscular, an excellent marker and hard charging.
At the August 2008 Kansas City Retriever Club Owner-Handler Qualified All-Age Stake
Smokey got second in her first Field Trial and is Qualified All-Age.
Smokey has two passes towards her AKC Master Hunter title.
